Peter Gammons just twittered the following:

“Rublings around St. Petersburg was a B.J. Upton-Cliff Lee deal. 3-way?”

Don’t expect the Rays to comment, they do not comment on trades or free-agent signings, but Gammons isn’t the first one to suggest such a trade happening. So who knows.
