Dodgers Close on Navarro

The Dodgers are close to reacquiring Dioner Navarro as a back-up catcher to Rod Barajas and A.J. Ellis, further indication that Russell Martin won’t be returning. Navarro was non-tendered by Tampa Bay last week. — Ken Gurnick
