Kuroda Talks Heating Up

Although Hiroki Kuroda can veto any deal and just might, the Dodgers are talking to five teams that want him — the Indians, Yankees, Red Sox, Rangers and Tigers — and names have been exchanged. Those teams scouted Kuroda’s latest well-pitched loss Wednesday night, but the Dodgers had not yet brought any deal to Kuroda for approval. — Ken Gurnick
