Report: Rockies add southpaw reliever Logan
The Rockies have reached an agreement with left-handed reliever Boone Logan, multiple news outlets have reported. CBS Sports’ Jon Heyman reports the three-year deal is worth $16.5 million.
The 29-year-old spent his last four seasons with the Yankees, appearing in at least 51 games each year. He went 5-2 with a 3.23 ERA in 61 appearances last season.
Over the course of his eight-year career, Logan has pitched for the Yankees, White Sox and Braves. He was a 20th round pick by the White Sox in the 2002 MLB Draft.
